I refuse to vote down on this because i have a feeling you can make it better and its incomplete.

These are just my opinions.

If someone sucks that much at level 30 and can afford your runes, etc, then i just dont understand.

your masteries are really weird. Your supposed to remake it per game if you want something like that. Id rather that 10% death CD than perseverance. If you had 100 hp regen you only get +4, its useless. No reason to get TP + ghost masteries if you dont use them to start with. You can change masteries anytime. Expanded mind is useless ****. Rather get quickness if your going for 9-0-21. Also you dont take neutral monster buff, blue buff on heimer helps a lot.

Items. No point in getting BOTH philo stone and tear. You get one or the other for sustain mana. Also, whats up with tank heimer? Heimer does not need those full tank equips. You can build him TANKY to help noobs, but full tank heimer is absolutely useless on any team. Ex. for tanky equips. RoA, Rylais, Abysmal, Zhyona's hourglass. And obviously you still need Rabadons to help your damage. Even Will of Ancients helps due to sustain. If you build heimer full tank i see him doing 0 damage. Its like going straight up and building HP on annie to tank with her shield.

Your runes. Why? Also flat quints are better than /18 quints due to the diff in early game helps so much. ex. only 2 AP less. ??? dont see point in yellows if you rush philo.

I like this build, easy, and hard to die with. Nice little tips too, :P

This was actually the first guide I made, and I'm going to spend a couple of days and rework all my guides, and rethink how I'm presenting the material. Only thing I suggest is breaking up the 'Items/Using Heimy effectively' section into smaller easier to read paragraphs.

Read your guide until the items section and got knocked out by a huge wall of text.
Maybe your guide is great but a lot of people will not read it until you have put some proper formatting in.

Yes Teleport Mastery is taken so that when you want to use that summoner spell you can, also if you would have read that section of the guide, I clearly explained what maps I use which summoner spells on. I love how you trolled all my guides, and voted negatively on all of them Hawkeyes007, seeking vengence for how I effectively improved your Ezreal Guide by just glancing at it and introducing you to items that your simple minded brain couldn't even fathom for. Your welcome by the way, I'm glad I could improve your Ezreal game, it's pretty lame of you to do this, but then again, what else would I expect from someone that published such a ****py guide, as your

I think i like it. I main Heimerdinger and i HATE it when i see people be Glass Cannon heimer! I love offtank heimer and the more people that put out MOBAfire builds out there the more people thatll realize that Heimer is an off tank! I build really different and play style may be different but i like where you go with it. Ill try it out! +1

Great item build but I think it could be more effective if you didnt put in tanky items such as Force of Nature and Sunfire Cape. I think that a second Archangel Staff would be good, or a Rababdon's Deathcap. But that is just a personal opinion otherwise good job.
