I can see his Quickdraw getting a nerf. Maybe even a big one.
The stacks on his passive might be nerfed to ~8, but it's not that OP.
I think he's fine otherwise, but keep in mind that I'm only saying this from looking at his numbers.

He's like an AD nuke champ...Buckshot is quite strong they might reduce the damage from additional contact with the other projectiles to 30% from 35%. And Quickdraw will be nerfed....You almost don't need an AS item on him with it (and some AS runes).

I bought Graves right away. Really like him so far, been playing him all AD related items. Working awesome so far.
But I think he does need a nerf, over-all I think he's a wrecking machine. By level 18 I was walking through any of the bots like nothing (I only got to try bots last night, due to weak laptop). My best game was 19-2 and I felt I could've done more if it weren't for all the MR they had.
He is fun though, try him out if you like ranged AD. I think he's gonna fall into my line up.

He seems slightly strong to me, quite a bit if you ask me and his E can jump through certain walls. His E is like Tristanas Q but with a jump thing too.
I think he needs a few small nerfs here and there. What do you think? :)
