Passive: Weapon Mastery
Q: Reckoning
W: Aegis of Zeonia
E: Remove Scurvy
R: Ravenous Flock

Slow with 100%ap and 100% bonus ad, stun, epic ult then get out with a heal + anti debuff. Passive gives less magic dmg for moar tank while you ult. All attacks scale of AP so thats awesome. *****es be hating.

OR

Simply having Pyromania in conjunction with Hate Spike or Lay Waste

Though I think a modified Tryn would be ridiculous. Instead of W and E give him Shadow Walk and Event Horizon :D
