I've been experimenting with MF in normal solo queue and premade and it turns out she can be a pretty awesome pub stomper if you play carefully. The basic idea is that you build to completely support her ultimate and use it to get triple-penta kills. I find it kinda funny that they nerfed Gunblade immediately after buffing MF. Suspicious? The awesome thing about her is even though you're building aroud her ultimate, her rain of fire is awesome and so is her impure shots. Her Q doesn't suffer that much either.

Anyway, most of you won't like my build, but I figured I would talk about it anyway since after perfecting it I've had decent success (although I haven't played it a bunch). That being said, it definitely takes some getting used to.

With a level advantage and sorc shoes, she makes an excellent early game ganker and it's really interesting to note how her role can change just from going mid and taking items she wouldn't normally take. Like I said, most of you won't like my build, but I've had great success with it, so if you're interested in learning how I play her, click da link.

anyways. How do you guize build her? Is she as easy to pubstomp for you as she is for me?
Here's my two most recent wins with her.

It's an interesting idea; it's like AD Ezreal where he only uses 2 things - his Mystic Shot and his autoattacks.

Since you're pretty much loading her Impure Shots with AP, would attack speed be viable too? With all that extra AP, the faster you attack the more extra damage you'll pop off from W.

Would Wit's End go well with this build? You'll get more permanent Attack Speed and more magic damage procs.

Overall, it's a solid build that's good for a pubstomp.

I don't even

Snowballing is never making someone hybrid..
Snowballing isn't even supposed to be part of someone's build..
Anyways it might work but I really doubt it.

She actually uses all of her abilities.

Her Q does decent damage and is quite powerful once / if you get your hands on a Lich bane
Her W is still situational but it turns her into a psuedo DPS in the way that Kog'maws W does if he goes AP.
Her e has obvious uses
and now her ultimate is extremely potent.

Depends. The extra AS from Guinsoo's is nice, but I'm not really a fan of going AS on her. Deathcap and Voidstaff / Lichbane are too good to pass up. =)

In my opinion, no. The entire point of my build is to make her ultimate extremely powerful. Wits end doesn't do much for that. :D

Thanks!

Leave it to someone from Mobafire to miss the point of the post completely, even if it's in the title.

A game that we ended up losing. the enemy premade was playing somewhat seriously (even though they had weird picks) but I still managed to hit 20 stacks.

Gah. SotO is such a bad item. Even at 15 or so stacks, there are better items. It only gives AD, and move speed if the enemy team REALLY sucks. sure it might give you a bit more ad than the other items, but it sacrifices in the extra utility such as crit, lifesteal, etc.

What's bad about it? :o

It's the mos cost effective away of increasing the damage on your ultimate through AD, which is the entire point of the build.

The thing about AD items is that they are meant for carries, which means that none of them are really all that cost effective. Gunblade isn't even remotely cost effective now that it's been nerfed.

On top of that, I hit 20 stacks pretty much every time I play her (After perfecting her build, mind you). It's not meant to be played against good people, it's meant to be a pub stomper build in solo queue, although it has viability in a normal premade if your team is built around her.

She's also barely ever auto attacking, so getting anything other than SoTo seems silly to me, especially considering the fact that that she doesn't even have she doesn't buy any other Critical attack items or have any armor pen.

What else would you have her buy in order to boost her AD damage cost effectively?

Uh.... yeah. Hybrid MF is a completely different character from AD MF.

You auto attack sometimes, but usually I'm trying to position myself so I can ult.

Also, why even bother picking MF as an AD carry when there is ashe, vayne, caitlyn, etc...

Hybrid MF is a strong player in the team if played with AoE Champs, best example is Amumu. Imagine Amumu, MF and Sona (the support of MF in bot lane) and maybe Annie? BOOM ace.

A.A.A. - Absolute Armageddon Amumu

Is it only me or does "hybrid" normally indicate sth like "mixing TWO things" ?
If SotO is deducted your only "hybrid"-item is Rageblade: 35AD + AS.......... hybrid....

Why sth like SotO doesnt count?
Snowball item, you cant stack em you cant use em.
(100% going for snowball every game? Either youre clearly winning/dominating every game (not) or sths wrong with you)
For example: You arent mentioning sth like ppl getting close to you (or using ranged attacks) even with perfect positioning since youre wasting 2 slots on snowball there isnt space to get some utility or sth that keeps you alife. Try keeping those stacks of yours with some Jax/Akali/Talon/Shaco/... instant kill you in one leap.

Nothing against your "AD"(AP) caster, whos trying to land skills instead of autohits.
But labeling it hybrid is waaaay off.
Moreover: You mentioned Hextech but totally skip it. Not even mentioning why you wouldnt take it.
