Nice build, however i would (personally) change the item order around a little after boots,
Zeal -> Phage -> Phantom Dancer -> Bloodthirster -> Frozen Mallet -> Infinity Edge -> Black Cleaver. This item selection offers necessary early stage durability, while keeping damage output high, building bloodthirster before finishing frozen mallet offers the lifesteal necessary to stay alive (VERY powerful in any 1 v 1 situation) and offers healing up out on the field after stacking up due to lifesteal and damage and finally attack speed from phantom dancer, finally moving on to frozen mallet allows u to stack up health so u can be a durable fighter and dominate during teamfights as the squishy's will be targetted more often. moving on from there to further rise damage phenominally, also black cleaver is necessary as almost all the damage u do as Graves is attack damage. I also beleive a possible optional item order towards the end would be (from bloodthirster):

Bloodthirster -> Frozen Mallet -> Warmog's Armor -> Atmas Impaler

this offers huge amounts of health while stacking very high crit rate sufficing for the loss in attack speed from Starks Fervor. This allows you to be very tanky (if the game continues this long) with tons of extra health and bonuses to armor. This also allows (if you keep bloodthirster stacks up) to be entirely reliant on jungle and minions to heal quickly and stay in the field for team fights.

You shouldn't be getting credit for re-posting a near exact copy of the build Phreak gave in his spotlight video.

I was in no way inspired by Phreak's build: I built this from scratch. It just happened to be pretty similar.

Not getting any damage items until three core items are built isnt the way to go on Graves in my experience you should be starting blood thirster if you want that early game advantadge but with your build you do relatively no damage early or the beginning of mid game.

THIS is information I could use. There's a reason I'm getting Frozen Mallet so early: it helps me net easy kills without investing in damage items. I could make a build where I rush a bloodthirster, give me until tomorrow and it's up.

Graves' cooldowns are too long to benefit well from Trinity Force. I guess you could go Ionian Boots + Ghostblade + Atmogs + Triforce, but that would make you more of a bruiser. I could add a triforceatmogs build later. First some testing. Thanks for your comment!

very squishy? then you're doing it wrong

Squishy compared to bruisers like Renekton

Not enough early game damage.

Graves already has enough damage early game to net kills. You want to focus on farming in the beginning anyways.
