I think you should use more defense in masteries/runes if that enables you to take out the Lizard.
As for runes:
AD marks are not good.
ArP marks have 1.66ArP (or even 1.666) while ArP quints have 3.33 (or 3.333). 2*1.66 = 3.32. You will simply not notice any difference in the strength of those runes.
HP seals on a jungler? GTFO, they're ****. (including HP/lvl seals)

Recommending AS quints when you're already using AS marks is a bad idea. Maybe you could write a note somewhere where you say that you should be combining your runes to a level of 10 or 15ArP with the rest as attack speed.

I would like some constructive feedback on my nocturne guide. Please don't downvote because you think the cheat sheet items are bad. Just check my item section then(lots of people mentioned my build would get slaughtered by a madred's or that I should buy banshees, because they didn't check the item section)
