Lux isn't really UP. She's just pretty average. I got nothing against a pro Lux.

Yeah, Teemo is a champion that is too hard for most players to use, but actually is rather good.

Don't think Lux is up at all :P
Eve is The weakest champ in the game, but one of the funnest, this is sad :/
That does not mean eve can't do well however, I personally have destroyed with eve post nerf :P
Shac is very UP late game, but he's ok early-mid, still not very good though :o

Shaco is capable of getting cheesy kills. These kills can generally be avoided or be done better by a different champ.

Shaco is pretty much only for backdooring, and warding late in the game :P
Agreed on lux as well, however, if you have a terrible computer like me, and have fps issues, a lane with Lux and Morgana, is probably the most annoying thing ever -.-
If her snare was a stun however, I bet she'd be constantly picked :P
