This. I don't get why Shaco's lane.
They set up 6 boxes in a bush run out at you and then back in the bush. They hope you run in, you don't they =useless.
Not only that, he wanders too far out of the bush and one stun will get him killed or seriously injured :o
I personally have yet to see a Shaco that contributed to the winning of a game. Never in my entire LoL career did a Shaco ever carry a game to victory.
I've seen Shaco's go 11/1 and still lose. I've seen Shaco's go 11/1 and win but wasn't because of the Shaco that the team won.

That's because in teamfights He's next to useless. He can't even BD that well (IMO). The best he can do is control dragon/baron and HOPEFULLY give your lanes some good ganks early-game.
@Wayne Yea, I know... But what's sadder still is that some people fall for it.
Edit: Oh, and I guess he can counter-jungle fairly well-ish

That's my point. He is not CAPABLE of being the winning force. His kit doesn't have the tools for the job.

For Shaco to 'carry' your team he needs to decide lanes by early ganks, severely weaken the enemy jungler by counterjungling or at the very least have control over every dragon/baron.
He can do all of those things quite well, but it makes him a hard champ to play effectively.
He is indeed quite bad in teamfights :|

But isn't his boxes AP ratio bad?
and the knife has a not-so short cd so it's not like you can spam it
