I'm gonna upvote this, largely to counter mikklas's troll (or just dumb) vote. The items are fine, though I would change the order. I always think it's best building Gunblade from the Pickaxe first, since you'll be getting this early on and you get more Q+W damage from AD than AP. Besides this it help your last hitting a lot.

You may also find that the 25 MR you get at lvl 18 from MR/lvl glyphs will do you more good than the 27 AP from AP/lvl glyphs, but that's just preference I guess. Keep working on the guide, I'm supposing it's not quite finished yet?

If your stats are :

AD > AP, get a Trinity Force

AD < AP, get a Lich Bane

Downvoting because of your item choices. There are some good points in what you are stating, but Lich Bane contradicts it all. I agree, that ad gives good health, making Atmas a fine choice... For an ad jax.
Also, Black Cleaver, you want it to help take down tanks... Then why not go for Mordred's?

Your 2nd build, the tanky one... Rabadon's Deathcap is better than Wits End since you are mostly ap here, but that is just my opinion.

One thing though. With this build it would be easier to build it into a tanky Jax, but go for trinity force instead.

The guide itself looks mostly solid, although the item build looks like most other Jax build's here.
