Had to test it out, but I changed it because I discovered that the extra damage was much better!

The build seems quite ok, but I defintely wouldn't go for both and . Simply go for one of them (personally I would take ). Even though you want to stay sustained, Spell Vamp is very inefficient on (i.e. because the healing from spell vamp is reduced by 33% if the spell is a DoT or a multi-target).

is a great item on fiddlesticks because it synergizes very well with , I suggest you mention it in your guide. Also, is a great item on Fiddle as it grants mana, health and it has an amazing passive that provides great lane sustainability (i.e. Catalyst the Protector.

Hmmm, I guess that will be it for now. Also, I would seriously suggest you start jungling fiddlesticks instead of laning him because any decent mage player in mid will destroy him. Anyway, good luck with your guide and I'll check on it later.
