But yeah I do recall saying that now. That was during my big CC on all champs phase where I was testing it on anything and everything ^__^
Double Slow (Mallet + Scepter) also works on Jax. Far as I know him and Morde are the only 2 that use it real well.

There was indeed a comment before that about not getting Mallet if you had Trinity (which I agreed with) but that was it; after that the guide turned towards Canoas being a total idiot.
I think I wouldn't do it. I might have been suggesting one or the other.
I do recall there was a moment where I was testing heavy CC orientation with all champions to see what worked and what didn't work ^_^
