You can learn much more from Negatives than from Positives, in Matches and in writing stuff.

sn0wwarrior is right in his suggestion to try to incorporate at least some BB coding into the guide. Right now your guide is suffering a bit from wall-of-text syndrome, and it would get worse as you add more detail in your sections if you don't start putting some formatting in.
As for the build itself, I have only a few suggestions, since I don't really play Pantheon. Your mastery points could use a bit of tweaking. I am strongly of the belief that the classic 21/0/9 set up for Pantheon would work much better. The few extra points in the offense tree that you've used to get some early attack speed, completely not worth it. I recommend putting no points into Alacrity at all. You can put two of those points to use to get 4 extra damage on creeps. This will help your last hitting in the early game quite a lot. The other two mastery points should go to the utility tree. Having 9 points in this tree allows you to get a point in Meditation, which help your early game mana problems quite a bit.
For the other points in the utility tree, here's a good rule of thumb: never put more than one point in either Perseverance or Expanded Mind. Their counterparts give you much greater bonuses, and give you stats that you can't get with any items. The extra experience in laning phase can make all the difference in getting that first kill, and just keeping one step ahead of your opponents. Late game, you will really start to benefit from the reduced death timer stats. Because you backdoor with Pantheon, and also because you can use your ult after dying to save a tower or join a team-fight in progress, shaving as much as 6 or 7 seconds off of that wait can make a world of difference.
The masteries I've warned against taking are known to have some of the worst stat return per mastery point in the game. They are not used at all except to advance to the next tier, or in very specific builds for a select few champions (Pantheon is not one of those).
I hope this was helpful. Don't be discouraged by all of the negatives you may get in response to your guide. This is your first try, and you will learn a great deal about this whole process of guide making. Keep at it, and you could make this guide great, as well as guides you write in the future.
