I feel like your guide is incomplete, it seems really short and is hard to read. You have problems with grammar and you don't explain things to the fullest. I feel like if you made it longer, fixed your grammar errors, and made it easier to read, I'd like it more.

Well, this guide isn't exactly the prettiest thing I've seen - There's no coding or colour.
Also, the item build isn't terrible - However, you don't offer any alternative item choices, nor do you include boots on the cheatsheet.
Also, the rune set up is a bit stupid - Why do you have AD marks, then AP quints? You also don't need both armor seals and glyphs.

Overall good build although just like Maurice Miller already said not really a guide... yet.
Maybe add some descriptions of how to handle in specific situations and do a spellcheck xD.

Decent enough, sequence is a bit odd, but then it kinda depends on the game.
Guardian Angel should only be build if really needed, better go offensive when doing well.

Good hands is better than Perseverence IMO.

Good items, but it needs some more detailed information. Tell something about the routes you take, or alternative item builds.

Perhaps some ganking advice or info about wards.
