Other then that, I like your guide, +1 from me.
However, there are 2 things i dislike about it.
1) You did not list Sheen in your item Order. I find buying an early Sheen for the Q proc very important to buy on Ezreal
2) You are leaving Essence Flux unskilled until lvl 13. Shooting an Essence Flux through your own team at the beginning of a teamfight is a good way to instantly get you a lot of stacks on your passive, so i would always invest 1 early point in it. It also helps you escape the enemy AD carry at bot or tricking them into a 1v1 they cant win cause of the atkspeed difference.
With only 2 minor flaws, this is still a good guide, +1 from me.
