Olaf as a jungler is probably tier 2 or high 3. He's actually very good at the -function- of jungling.
I just feel weak mid game and have to catch up soooooo much on farm.
So instead I prefer to lane him and jungle other champions :P
That's pretty much why I placed him 3

Tier 3 - These are very similar to tier 2 junglers. They are very capable of competing with tier 2 junglers, but they often have a greater impact on the game elsewhere and tier 2 junglers often do the same thing better - call it their superior mirror.. They exceed few aspects of jungling. Not recommended for new junglers.

Yerp yerp.

Change Explanations
Xerath moved to tier 1 - Been playing a lot of xerath lately and yeah, he's ******** op. Burst damage of annie with the highest range capabilities in the game. You don't even need to use your W to be a strong caster, but it allows you to have really strong pokes and farm creep waves from a safe distance. His W also has a 4 second cooldown when maxed. This guy is just rediculous.
Sion moved to top of tier 2 - Some people feel sion is OP. Personally I don't think he is at the power level of other AP carries but sion should certainly change the way you play against him. His burst is not 100% to 0% late game (especially if you have MR), which it needs to be because Sion basically is forced to suicide to kill a squishy target. He can break games early/mid game but because he is not strong in all phases I just can't justify tier 1 for him.
Orianna added to tier 2 - derped and didnt add her in the first addition. Annyways Orianna is a really strong pick, for some reason she is very underplayed though. I feel this is mainly because she requires a lot of skill to play properly, but when played correctly she is 100% viable and her lategame utility is rivalled by only zilean. Gamebreaking ult, great initiating abilities with E+W, just an overall strong pick. Her one setback is her range gimping her early game but it really isn't that bad if you utilize her ball correctly.

I have a couple of things to say.
T1: Sion? Galio? I can't see Sion being top of tier 1 EVER, Galio is good but more mana hungry then Anivia and isn't a great AP carry OR tank anyways.
T2: Teemo T2 and not T3 or 4? Oracles gimps AP, and his short range gimps AD. I can't see how you can do well with a Teemo, even 1 v 1 he loses to most champions cause his blind isn't long enough until lategame. Also, Brand T2? WTF? Brand is commonly acknowledged as one of, if not the best AP carry in the game. Especially for Solo Q. Also hard to believe Gragas is so low on T2. I think he's borderline T1 tbh.
T3: Malz? Should be T2 at least. He's still a good AP champ despite the nerfs. Just seems to be underplayed for some reason. More then that though I think Swain should be high T2, maybe T1. I've seen Swain go 1 v 2 and win lanes, he's nearly built towards carrying, Aoe Snare, high damage, high sustain...Also Soraka should be high tier 2. She's probably better then Sona in lane and worse then Sona in teamfights, but she's 2gud in lane to ignore, and global heals are pretty good too. Yorick and Anivia stand out to me as people who should be up a bit higher too. Yorick is an extremely good top carry, and Anivia is still a pretty good AP mid. Both their lanes and teamfights are good, and Anivia is friendly towards solo q thanks to that passive. Also hard to believe you have Rammus so low when his ganks are possibly the best in the game.
T4: I feel Corki, Nunu, Xerath, Veigar and ofc Olaf should be higher. Corki T3, he's still pretty strong I think, Nunu T3 (I know no one plays him solo top but I feel it's pretty strong) Xerath is strong for sure and should be high T2 at least. Veigar I think is pretty strong, sit there and farm all game, come in and 1 shot their carry (or entire team). He seems pretty strong in high elo too, but that's just from what i've seen. Olaf is strongest character in the game right now, MAYBE Sion MIGHT be able to stand in his way, but maybe not.
