I think PS3/Xbox 360 have Gefore 7600GT, but I'm not sure. They are old anyway.
Edit: PS3 has nVidia 7800GTX while Xbox 360 has an ATI graphics(power kind of Ati 1900X). Xbox's graphic card has about 60% power of PS3's.
