Yes, it is worse than the old T6 Mastery, but the tree overall is better and the mastery is not bad, it's just decent; However, it's not BAD for all carries, target's wont escape with 30 HP anymore. :3
The defense mastery is really bad, 10% CC Reduction is not terrible, but not good enough to put four points into it(Honor Guard is pretty worthless imo), and 3% HP is pretty much...nothing.

The XP in the jungle is getting tweaked so that you will be the same level without awareness as you are now with the current one.

It's 1 point for 3% HP and 10% CC reduction.
They might be equal, but the defense mastery is certainly not weaker than the offense mastery in any case.

You need to log in before commenting.
And it makes it even more rewarding to play agressive as a strong laner on lane, you will keep the edge easier.
It's just a mastery and especially in offense you can't expect some Berzerk-Mode mastery or something like that; The whole offense tree is strong enough already and Executioner just supports all the offense masteries.
40% Hp is not really low hp, you can towerhug with 40% hp easy. :o
