Not much more to talk about. People can be naturally agressive with their opinions. The only way to counteract that is to teach them, by listening and rebutaling over and over until they get it. Or give us mobalites an ignore button to use at our descretion so we can just shut the people up who won't shut themselves up.

Nope, what we do is have a discussion in our forums about who helps and contributes to the site. The Admins then think about who they think would work and then chose someone or some people without telling us actually.
