Well, the thing is that... for internet you can be from anywhere on the planet if you wish.
Thank god for proxies and VPN's but if this is so widely avaible and pretty easy to do... why the **** they are still trying... This is what annoys me.
Same at work. They blocked EVERYTHING that is game (it detects graphic cards rewievs as this), download, fileshare (it detects imageshack here XD as one of fileshares) related (mobafire too) but it is as easy as going through proxy or vpn to bypass that... fiew clicks.
