more offensive, but better imo. the 12%cdr at level 18 will help a lot as well, and gold should be no prob if you can land your ult.

I don't have a set path in 21utility because they're all quite attractive and it's hard to decide. The 9 points in defense are quite obvious though. Armor, damage back to minions and HP5.
