If you download LoLReplay and open it before playing a game, that game will automatically be recorded and you can watch it back via LoLReplay.
To watch the LoLReplay files of others you have to make sure to open the file with LoLReplay or placing the file in the correct folder (where your other LoLReplay files are as well).
That should do it (haven't tried looking at LoLReplay files of others yet though, I'm just assuming this would work ^^)
