Wow this thread is soooooo full of BAD information. Most characters can be OP when used correctly. Who is OP and who is UP is based ENTIRELY on the player and team comp. There are very few characters that i have not had my *** handed to me at some point by. Evelyn is one of them. She just got hit with the nerf hammer way too hard on her damage output, plus she (like Twitch and Shaco) are both totally countered by a 400g purchase of an Oracles Elixer, which SOMEONE should have by midgame anyway to do ward clearing. To do with other posts on this thread, Opinions change with each and every player's experiences. Before i hit level 30, for example, i thought cassiopea was a total joke. Now, however, i cringe in fear when i see one on the enemy team. The same can (sort of) be said for me and Karma. I look at her toolkit, and it doesnt impress me, and in half a thousand games ive played, ive NEVER played against a Karma. Despite my unfavorable opinion, i have friends in ranked that say she is either the devil herself or an angel sent from God's right hand, depending on who's team she is on in comparison to you. Therefore, i have to concede that Karma is crazy OP in the right hands. People are stupid, and they haz the internet, so they are free to post whatever they like on threads like these. Look bud, my advice, play freeweek champions every week, try to test them all, look up a guide and spend 15 minutes reading it before you go in with the character, try it out for a couple of games, and if you like the playstyle and toolkit, buy it. If you dont, dont. What you feel comfortable playing and what characters fit your mentality, thought process, reaction time, and playstyle will make certain characters a pile of **** in your hands, and certain characters a precision razor blade with a thirst for battle in your hands.

However I would agree that AP Shaco is a bad build in Summoner's Rift. One of the worst.
