I.e: Mike Rogers doesn't think it's rape unless the victim knows (s)he has been raped. Sounds legit.

Fun fun, not enough depth, but dance moves/sound/comments/graphic work pretty well to let you spend time on.
Sadly not every trap works eveywhere, sometimes youre forced to use a specific setup, too.

got a patch that fixed it when i logged into steam this morning and spent a few hours playing it. a lot of fun though i wish i didnt upgrade the archers. not finding much use for them atm.

You WILL have to use them later in the game.
1 Mission youll face 3 door-spawns (HEAVY army) instantly focusing on one short bridge and than splitting up 3-ways again. Without archers firing from above you wont have the space to build enough firepower on traps to obliterate every wave.
Btw: Dunno the name right now, but those floor-based throwers are coming in quite handy in many missions at least for me.
Weaver upgrades is always the trap enhancing one for me xD.
The extra gold/dmg/CDR/ability to throw ogres is real buisness.

Strongest set-up is if you can build on the ceilings 2 Clockwork maces with slow under it and Walls arrow shooter, period oO, everything that comes trough it(the small fast ones) can be either beaten by Hand or with the Thundertrapstuff
Before Clockwork Maces the Thundertraps also do good. Then later you also get Automtic ballista, they are also good, but basicly if you have enough space, Clockworkmace+The thundertrapstuff+slowground is enough for everything, also barricades should often be used in the early stages of a lvl so you just have one chokepoint instead of more.

Cieling Maces+Sticky Traps+Poison Spikes.
All you need (when their is room for them).
Literally makes every orc wave feel fun and exciting whilst preventing the constant threat of being over-run...Oh and archers+automatic ballistae make the ariel units a lot easier to manage.
I always go trap specialization, more gold YAY. Not to mention flaming archers makes them more useful ^_^ CHEERS.

ah that one with the great hall and the bridge passing right over it?
Yeah I failed that one at first, too.
Tried to throw every orc down into the main hall creating only one attacking direction.
Didnt work completely, while some still passed over the bridge forcing me to switch my manual attacks, the staircase was totally nuts...
Try to focus your whole money on the staircase (Wall arrows on the stairs/Wall blades right above it/Throwers to knock them down the stairs again) while you handle the bridge by yourself only placing some spiketraps.
