Temzilla 0/18/12 looks really bad, go 0/9/21 and you'll see that it works better.

9/0/21 for offensive supports like
All supports are offensive.
Defensive supports are inefficient, and will lose to offensive supports.
0/21/9 is actually not amazing for Taric, i would build him 0/9/21 for the CV/flash cooldown.
Nothing past Veteran Scars energizes overly well with his kit, where as people like Sona, or Janna get great benefit from things like
The basic dilemma is wether or not you want
If you get those, you have to give up
I run 0/21/9 if i'm going to run heal, and 0/9/21 if i'm going to run CV.
Honestly, I've been running 0/18/12(this) or 0/16/14(2/2 Wealth) on everyone, since I've been using heal.
