Nah, I do it too, but you need some ridic farm to pull it off.
Nasus, Nocturne, Lee, GP and Olaf are solo Q carries.
Farm, build Atmog's, Win.
In that order.

This is true. I'm just pointing out that he can do it fairly effectively, against most champs, with a generic AP caster page.

I see where he's coming from but...
Nasus is a hyper carry. If your team is doing bad early and wants to surrender, you're going to lose the game. Atmogs is fun on him but it's a huge lump o' gold that you can't really spare because you need your CDR and other tank items.
Noct=Tanky Deepz? Uhh... sure...
GP/Olaf? Okay. I can see that but they should be higher on that list IMO.

Wait, there's a list? I don't think anyone's listing things in order. I was just rattling off who I felt fell under the category of consistently strong champs. I didn't even list everyone I believe is consistently strong.
