w: 14% on 4 hits, then deals 290 + 20% of his max health + 1% increased damage for every 1% of hp enemy missing. cd roughly 18 seconds. numbers don't sound right on this one.
e: 200 damage with .6 ap ratio. 50% slow and 3 second fear on minions and monsters.
r: 12 second duration, hits his auto attack target plus chains to 4 others for 170 plus .3 ratio. about 80 second cd.
