Trundle. He has never been nerfed or buffed and I don't think they have a reason to do either. He is a very strong champion when you get the hang of him you can dominate.

GP is good, just not AS good as the Noc's, Udyr's and Lee's of the world.

99% percent of the games I see in high elo have either Noc, Lee, Udyr or GP in them.
