I play a very successful Twitch in Dominion. Not quite, as there is no ranked in Dominion and as far as I know your elo isn't high. For all I know you could be playing against noobs.

(as evidenced I believe by PD stacking Rammus and Blitz)

What does ranked have to do with Dominion? It's a dominion guide... There is no elo for dominion, so you can't judge someone's Dominion skill based on things like ELO. You're in the 1200's... Does that make you a noob? If that's how you judge things, you're opinion means nil to me.
