And now? What route should
Amumu go? The standard wolves->golem->wraiths->wolves->lizard->golems route or something different? Or could he jungle based on his
Tantrum through the small camps, while getting the golem at lvl 2? Something like wraiths->wolves->golem->wraiths->lizard->golems?
BTW: The whole jungle rework was a massive nerf to
Amumu. His only thing of sustain, pots, are nerfed hard and overall his clear has been nerfed. Maybe he will be no longer banned at low elo xD. Also, his ganking power got nerfed by the rework.
I think, they should add more base dmg to
Despair. And he should deal the higher amount of dmg from flat or percentage. That would make his jungling now easier and allow him, to use
Despair against the new weak creeps.
Like: Nearby enemies take the higher amount of magic dmg from 12/16/20/24/28(+0.25 of AP) or 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5(+0.01 of AP(i never really liked the ratio in his old form^^)) % of their maximum health each second.
That would also nerf a little bit of his lategame power. And make AP on
Amumu more viable.^^
Also, the nerf on the base of the % is needed at
Amumu, because as tank, he deals too much dmg.
Nearly the same for
Tantrum, except the earlygame dmg is high enough, so only the scaling should be reduced:
75 / 85 / 95 / 105 / 115 (+0.75 per ability power)

Your reasoning is brash and not fully thought through, Nickname.
Take for example -
"Also, the nerf on the base of the % is needed at Amumu, because as tank, he deals too much dmg."
The reason people focus him is because he has dangerous CC and hits relatively hard. AP ratios are pointless on him because he doesn't build AP apart from maybe an Abyssal Sceptre in niche circumstances. His late game power is fine as it is.

He actually scales well with AP on all spells but his tears. But you're still mostly correct.

People say to me that a person being a helicopter is Impossible and I’m ****ing ******ed but I don’t care, I’m beautiful. I’m having a plastic surgeon install rotary blades, 30 mm cannons and AMG-114 Hellfire missiles on my body. From now on I want you guys to call me “Apache†and respect my right to kill from above and kill needlessly. If you can’t accept me you’re a heliphobe and need to check your vehicle privilege. The utility tree is very bottom heavy right now. The masteries at tier 3 and 4 are all kinda bad.
If you're going to to spend more than 9 in utility chances are that you'll want to go all the way.
@Nick
Seriously, stop suggesting bad things >.>

The moment a religious person unknowingly calls his own ways stupid: "And lol. I highly doubt you have magic powers. If you proved it I would believe you, but since you 'refuse to', I choose not to."
