If I visit your avatar's URL and remove the size parameter (we resize them to 128x128) I see the other one. I'm guessing Gravatar is caching the resized avatars on their servers and made some change to the system that is preventing or at least severely delaying rebuilding cached versions.

I tried to go for Gravatar on here 2 weeks ago now i think. Still nothing. Works on BF3 though.
