Udyr doesn't need Wriggle's to jungle with Phoenix stance, one thing.
phoenix -> turtle -> phoenix -> bear and continue leveling phoenix first and turtle next.
Just start with wit's end -> Randuin's Omen.
So go cloth 5 pot -> boot -> Recurve bow -> wit's end -> merc tread -> Randuin's.
The only thing wirggle's brings is objective control (Baron and dragon) but it doesn't seem worth it.
Asi~
Despues Randuin's Omen y asi vas.
I would also support AS Marks and MR/level Glyphs. Much more efficient.
I went 21/4/9 by using this guide on my 1st game. Gj, 1+
