My advice would be to stop playing Ranked games for a while. Play some normal games and learn how to play as more champions so you can fill in gaps in your team. If that still doesn't work... ... well, then you're on your own!

#3: The ELO doesnt matter, I know who should I pick. And every match I play as a different champion (excluding rankeds). Ty anyway.
#4: I have 37 champions (excluding free ones), and I know how to play as 25-30, so the pick isnt a problem. And yeah, I'll stop playing rankeds.

Is a fact that there are some camps that can grant a win before the 1500 ELO, but not the same in all elo brackets.
Anyway the best thing I can suggest is play jungle, if you're below 1500. A good jungler just wins games at those lvls
