Actually, Schrödinger's Box only holds true in the event of an equal probability of both events happening: in the original case, the cat being both alive and dead; in this case, Garen both spinning and not spinning. Now the problem is that there's a much higher chance at any moment that Garen IS spinning, so it doesn't hold.
Of course, the bush needs to be quantumly isolated and all that but that's just technicalities.
