First time posting =D just because such a big fan of Ahri, and i find ur guide cloest to my style of play. Just want to discuss and maybe improve. im no way near the good ahri players, so please be nice :)

Runes:
i got movement spd quints instead of ap. 15 ap is easily replaced by items, but movement speed you can only buy boots for. there isnt any other item that can provide you with movement speed.

Items:
Dorans > boots > 1 or 2 more dorans (depending how well im doing)>sorc boots > hextech revolver > rylai's > large rod > will of ancients > Deathcap > Void staff > usually game ends by now, or i get banshee or guadian angel.
(also trying to buy a red potion when i have extra cash, and i can save alot of money by buying dorans and most of them items are built with tomes, i can increase my ap quite fast early game, and able to kill range minions with one hit quite early game. and there for increase my spd for getting my other items)

with the dorans rings, it keeps my hp high enough early game and great mana regen so i can constantly cast and proc passive to sustain. and after hextech i get even more sustain and still increasing my ap. also i find her normal atk dmg to be quite low, and sometimes make it hard to last hit, specialy with the ping i usually play with(im from australia) so being able to spam my Q makes farming alot easier and control enemy push.

now i get rylais because i find the slow is VERY useful for chase and running away. It usually turn situations for me 1 v 1 or 1v 2.

I find her to be a really great kiter, i have kited volibears from full hp with passive to death.

Constructive criticism

WARNING! WALL OF TEXT!
From top to bottom.

Summoner skills:
Ignite is always great on casters plush if it's used you get 5AP from "Summoner Wrath" mastery
Exhaust is also good we don't want the enemy get away from you right., also you reduce 10 of enemies armor+m.resist with "Summoner Wrath".
Flash, you don't really have to take it with your Ult you have 3 of them instead you can take Teleport.

Runes:
Reds, only way as caster IMO.
Yellows are ok it depends on plays styles, you can add mp/5 for mana sustain.
Blues, flat AP dies off too fast Id take AP/lvl over them anytime, CRD runes are debatable Ahri's CDR is not that bad there is also another way to make it, 7 CRD runes and 2 AP/lvl.
Why? 4% masteries + 6% runes(7 CRD/lvl)+ 20$ blues buff +10% Blue Elixir = 40% cap CRD.
Quints, M.Pen are meh just take flat AP.

Mastery Tree:
You took Summoner Wrath 1/1 and Mental Force 4/4 but Havoc 2/3, Havoc increases overall damage so with just two items you get much more out of it.
To move down you need to spend 4 Points so take out 1 point from Mental force and put it into Havoc.
In Utility its personal preference but you could take out that second point from Swiftness and put it meditation, you are fast as it is with your ult 0.5% speed won't matter that much, but you never want to run out of mana even if it just one point.
If I remember right movement speed suffers from diminishing(more you stack less you get) effect and manage regen doesn't.

Ability Sequence:
Again personal preference, you could level Fox Fire before Charm that way you will do more damage and Charms's CRD always 12 seconds so if you level its only for. the effect it gives.

Items:
Here I only disagree with taking Morrello's Evil Tome you gain only 75 AP and CRD which you don't really need(I explain why in Runes section) so only thing you have taken it from is mana regen.
You also would want to add some M.Pen Item in you list because once you kill too many people they will build magic resist.

Ability Explanation:
Here it is not your fault but it shows Nasus' passive, probably because they have same name.

I like the guide.. you should put in "Will of the Ancients" tho. it makes her soo much harder to kill, and you get 80 AP =)
