Everyone makes fun to play with in his own way, I guess.
IMO if I had to put my finger on it, everything that facerolls.
Mostly categoized by certain attributes:
- range: Melees (AD ranged, too ofc) tend to end up right-clicking, but have to overcome distances first and are vulnerable to kites/jukes.
- item dependency: The less items they need, the earlier they start to rock you.
- difference in strenth/weakness: Capability to harass/sustain/burst/utility.
Just my 2 most hated enemies:
Yorick and Urgot.
While Yorick is melee, he easily harasses the **** out of you using distant ghoul spawning, stays on lane using implemented life leech, builds bulky and still clobbers you with his own TF procc, aoe slows you, while using a chaser MS boost.
And all of that only require to get some early Mana, Mana/reg.
And Urgot... nothing against him in late game, he seems to fall off quite bad at the end, but his early...
The only thing he needs to be able to do is to land his venom, after that he'll barrage you with empowered 10 BILLION miles range auto-aiming autohits which slows the target while his shield is up and hit harder thx to %ArP from venom and we wont forget that passive of his.
Some early Mana on him and he'll faceroll you the same way Yorick would.
Srsly, no fun against those guys solo top, you'll end up focussing on surviving instead of fighting them.

Xin Zhao (I hate that kill or die style, no escapes)
Gragas (come on, how throwing barrels safely from >9000 distance and doing average damage is funny?)
Annie (just slam your keyboard and score aces)
Singed (keep running: Johnny Runner)
Shyvana (another "slam your keyboard" champion, but this one doesn't score aces)
Ryze (this one you just gotta slam your keyboard much faster, and plus: it has only a single build)
Master Yi (ace or get aced, depends on how ******ed the enemy is)
Volibear (you can figure out how to play him effectively in 0 games, he's way too straightforward)
Heimerdinger (his turrets die way too fast lategame and you feel like a pile of uselessness)
Fizz (come on, getting kills that easily takes out the fun of the game)
Le Blanc (it's annoying to lose games you are 18-0, and it happens pretty often)
Blitzcrank (he has dat awesome grab, but if you master a single skill you mastered the whole champion)

took 3 pages but I found it. +rep he is boring as **** to play and besides knowing how/when to ult he is easy as **** to play too. (and too strong for how easy he is)
Tryndamere: the only fun part is when you start hitting carries for a quarter of their health and even then it's only short term amusement. Honestly Tryndamere is right click enemy to win, uh oh your losing that's ok you have the most ridiculous ult in the game press r to win.
