I vote for #6.
#1: Wrong font choice + too pixelated. Otherwise a good signature.
#2: Text is off, poor render choice. Doesn't look like much was done to the background besides a gradient map.
#3: I like yours, just wasn't my favorite.
#4: Literally a B&W image of a Wolf and a blurred background.
#5: Another good signature, not much wrong with it.
#6: Nice usage of text + smudging
