Started playing ranked again, figured I'd start posting my games here again as well~
No screenshot of the draft, going to leave those in the future as well as there's no real point.
Matchups:
Top: Tryndamere vs Olaf
Middle: Cassiopeia vs Veigar
Bottom: Caitlyn and Sona vs Kog'maw and Soraka
Jungle: Amumu vs Fiddlesticks
Result:

Pretty hillarious game. Picked Tryndamere and got 'counter'picked Olaf. As I went in the game, my runes had bugged and I went in lane with full AP runes (thankfully the page with armor seals). It looked pretty grim especially considering Olaf should do well against Tryndamere in lane.
First blood happened mid as Fiddlesticks ganked mid and Veigar picked up an easy kill on Cassiopeia. Just seconds after I got my first kill on Olaf after getting 3 crits in a row and finishing the job with an Ignite. (Also AP ratio on Q es OP olol)
Not long after first blood, Fiddlesticks ganked mid again and got another relatively easy kill on our Cassiopeia. Mid was not going well.
Meanwhile at top lane, the snowball had started rolling even though it was slightly harder as normal since I had no runes to back it up (although as it turned out the extra AP for my heals proved to be very useful) but after a triple gank from Amumu, Cassiopeia and myself I picked up the second kill on Olaf and my lane was pretty much won.
Bottom lane was doing well. With a lot of support from Amumu they managed to kill both Kog'maw and Soraka a couple of times, making sure Caitlyn stayed ahead of Kog'maw the entire game.
The first teamfight happened at dragon as I came down to help. We got engaged on pretty badly as Caitlyn got caught in a Veigar stun and instantly exploded. Fiddlesticks jumped in with his ultimate and I was forced to switch my focus to him with both my summoners and get him down. Though because of all the CC/high damage I was forced to use my ultimate and run out, allowing Kog'maw to clean up the fight and allowing them to take the first Dragon of the game.
I feel like I made a mistake buying
Berserker's Greaves here so I switched to mercury's threads after this fight.
From there, everything seemed to go our way. As my team was holding their entire team up bottom, I kept pushing top and took the second tower. Kog'maw came in to defend it but really just ran in to die.
After a teamfight mid, 5-1 in our favor, we took out a tower mid and top inhibitor as they surrendered.
CURRENT ELO: 1396
WIN-LOSS: 77-74

Um.. since you should get the 1. blue without problems cuz of proper cover from your team the first blue is saved. And if you aren't dump you just prepare at about 7:05 to go there again oO
Not true. If this was the case every game, there would be no such thing as jungle invasion. Amumu is a VERY weak level one champion (like Rammus, getting an offensive ability at lvl 1 screws up his jungle) and can quite easily be invaded if you have the right team comp. I'm not saying it's impossible to resist an invasion, just that Amumu will not contribute to a lvl 1 fight nearly as much as most junglers. Unless you get the drop on the invading team, it's basically a 4v5 which a strong lvl 1 team can take advantage of.
Imagine trying to hold your blue against a coordinated team consisting of Lee Sin, Vayne, Blitzcrank, Cho'Gath and Ryze. I imagine it wouldn't be as simple as you make it sound.
@Wayne: Fiddlesticks sucks right now because his ganks are somewhat predictable, he's extremely slow, very blue dependant, easily countered and doesn't transition very smoothly to mid game without some kills (slow farming hurts without any kills).
Amumu is by comparison a very fast jungler who isn't as blue dependant after his first or 2nd blue. His ganks are still predictable, but can happen much more quickly since he doesn't have to channel his dash like Fiddle. He transitions very well into a mid game tanking role whether he gets kills or not. He is still easily countered though.
My initial post stated their common vulnerability, which was funny to me since either one of them could have had a difficult game if they weren't both up against weak counter-junglers. If I thought Amumu was weak, I would have said "weak" not "vulnerable". :P
I'm playing amumu quite often and of course he is mana/blue depended but after you got Philosopher's or Glacial shroud, you should do just fine without it. And counter jungling anything than the buff's isn't worth it with this new jungle - well at least it's not hurting as much as before :P
Fiddle may be a bit worse off without blue, but at least he's a bit more formidable with his high-damage drain and 2 targeted CCs. There are very good counters to fiddle (anyone with hard CC), but there are few junglers who can't invade an Amumu with relative safety.
Anyway my original point was that I found it funny to see two similarly passive junglers in the same game (neither is much good at invading the other). If one of the teams had a strong counter-jungler like Shaco or Nunu instead, I'd expect to see a very different game.
I do think Amumu is a better jungler than Fiddle by the way. They just happen to share a weakness.
Trust me,
(/fanboy, I know)
I actually lol'd. Those two are like the most vulnerable junglers in the game to being countered. I rarely see either played.
