It's been much more than three in a row. I think they said somewhere new champs will always be 6300 from now on, but they're lowering the IP cost on older champions to compensate.
Also I doubt Shaco was new when you started since he was released in the beta in 2009. :P

last not 6300 champion i can remember was leblanc i think.. (unless orianna was 6300)

I believe you are correct. He was the Champion Spotlight when I first began.
Yeah - I figured they'd keep the price at 6300 from here on out. As long as they lower the price of a champion when the new champ arrives (or soon thereafter) It's allllll good bro :D

Ah yeah, they've been making spotlights for a lot of the older champions who don't have them recently.

We've had 3 champions released that were 6,300 in a row now. I think Shaco may have been new when I first started, so he may have been released at a cheaper IP Price
Is there a pattern to the IP prices of champions released? Can we expect the next champion to be less than 6300 IP, or is Riot going to keep with the high-cost of new champs?
