Before it had a theme. Now it seems to speak tanky, but the rest of it is confused. I think you need to play a handful of games with what you are thinking.
Assuming your build order is correct, you are building Trinity and LB. The do NOT stack. It is one or the other. Personally, I prefer Trinity. I usually don't get GA, but I see it as a viable option. Gunblade is nice, but expensive. Then your item discussion is opposed to your 'build order'.
I think you are trying to put something together, but you just have pieces atm. Get a finished product and I can give a better opinion.
Couple of things.... first off skarner is based off catching his opponets and if there is on thing lacking here its ms.... grabing something like Trinity force would help skarner a lot or lich bane. Since he is constatly spamming q, lich bane is not such a bad item if you are going ap, which this build looks like ap/tanky ish skarner. 2nd. I don't know how you plan to go with almost no as.... once your sheild is gone then your attacks don't go very fast and then you lose your passive/spells.... sry if this is a bit long/too critisiacal..... (idk how to make critisism into another form...) I'll go with a +1 for now... to get more people to see it
