Just a random sig again, main things I did were coloring his eyes and using a path for my text (which I really struggled with in the beginning, kept making annoying mistakes which screwed everything up -.-')

I need to download some interesting fonts :|
You should make sure to use the highest resolution possible of an image, it will really improve the quality of a sig.
Changing the parameters of a google search to "large" only will usually help that.
Ehm, right :|
I'm not exactly sure about how I should be able to tell the difference seeing as I don't even recognize this image as something with a low resolution, but w/e, I'll try looking at that I guess....

Here's an example:

Good resolution:

Generally you'll be able to tell when you compare them side by side. Low resolution images will often have artifacts on them or be blurry. I've found that looking for "large" sized images tends to weed out the ****pier images.

Wayne: Amanda's right, your Vlad sig looks a little blurry or low quality. Nothing you did, just the stock. I think the font needs a clipping mask and the border shouldn't be bold red (maybe lower the opacity?), but I like it ^^
Greynade: I like the overall image, but it feels slightly cluttered to me. Not sure why :/

it's a lil blurry, don't really like that effect.
But the idea is great and it fits the sig! And the lighting is a lil bit off try something there, small thing with it often make huge differences!
I like the composition of the pic and it's great even without text!
Just give the lighting and mb. this blurry effect some changes :)
well just my opinion^^

I could remake the sig with a better quality picture but I'm too lazy x)
Also I don't know about a clipping mask on the text Jai, working with paths is still a bit confusing to me. Once I created the path and got the text to display along it I actually needed to remove the text layer, so adding any sort of layer mask to a text layer that has already been removed is a bit hard :P (or maybe I should've added it before I removed the layer, see if that changes anything to the text displayed along the path?)
Also I found myself almost unable to remove the text along the path after that, even if I removed the path as well.. Weird stuff :P
And I was thinking of green for the border actually, but a different red might have been good as well. As I said though, too lazy to remake it :P
I'll just try more random stuff soon ^^
