It's "Hiten" not "Hitten".
Lore needs a lot of rework. It doesn't make sense either.
His passive is like Caitlyn's Passive + Irelia's Hiten Style's True Damage. Very unoriginal.
His Q is Tumble + Condemn + Blade Surge + Heimdinger's rockets + a high *** AD ratio. Unoriginal and overpowered. Is it mana return or energy return? Confusing.
His W is Twitch's invisibility + Slardar's (from DotA) last skill (without the armor debuff). A bit interesting.
His E is actually very interesting. It should have an Energy cost, though.

Innate : True Strike : Kurei Deals True Damage every 7th attack.
Q : Tumbling Strike : Tumbles Froward and shoots the nearest 3 enemies, Dealing 20/50/80/110/140 (+1 per Attack Damage) and knocks them backward. Slows knocked back units by 35% for 3 sec if they hit a wall. Refreshes 35 mana per Enemy Champion Hit.

Cooldown: 15 sec after CD

E: Soldier Pills : Kurei gives the target a soldier pill, Healing it by 15/20/25/30/35 (+.33 per Ability Power) Health per second for 5 seconds And Reduces all CC effects on it by 35% for 3 sec.

Kurei learned the Hitten Style through the teaching of Master Lito. He then, and other people found himself incapable of using Melee weapons. So he went to the mountains in search for an answer to his problem. There he found a strange man, who concealed his name from him. The man asked Kurei why he is there, he then told him his story and the man thought about teaching him how to use a gun, Which he did. Kurei trained in the mountains for years and was able to master the Hitten Style through the use of a gun, although it wasn't in the teachings of Master Lito to use Guns. Kurei then returned to Ionia to ask forgiveness for messing with the Hitten Style, but when he reached Ionia, his old master died. So he seeked Irelia and asked for forgiveness, and to his surprise, Irelia told Kurei its okay and then asked him to join the League. Kurei, Gladly accepted the offer and after successful victories in the battlefield, He was given the surname of "The Hitten Gunman" by the Ionian Community.
