I wouldnt overdo with it... i heard about the Flash removal thing like a 0.5 year ago already... that is why i asked for the source SixSonatas.

The thing is, DEWO, Riot has actually brought it up recently so that they have the attention of even high ELO players such as Elementz. I'm all for the offensive use of Flash, but the dodging/escaping part needs to stop.
Maybe put a 10 second cooldown on it after taking damage.

In the most recent patch i believe they changed some of it. Although i think they went in the wrong direction. a lot of skills no longer do damage when another movement skill is used. For example, Nidalee's Pounce no longer does damage when a separate movement skill is used.
