He's the best that actually plays him. I'm sure if Hostshot or Wickd or any of the really pro streamers decided to pick up Warwick all the time they would soon be better than him, but until that day I don't think I've ever even seen anyone else playing him. :P
But yeah, he is far from the most skilled streamer, he just has the best attitude and music. And the only one that happens to play Warwick regularly.

Not quite Duff, Rainman is the one who popularized WW in the lane and was the only player to do it successfully for quite some time. Oddone was the other one who did jungle WW (and a couple of other players like Lapaka and Saint did jungle WW too). Rainman has done Lanewick a fair bit since nerf too ^^
