Hey guys. I just did a mini quiz which results told be that I am highly viable for Zilean. I know almost nothing about him, I may have seen him in-game twice or maybe three times. I mean, I don't have to follow the results "advice" but what's to lose, he's cheap, and I've heard he can kite pretty nicely.
What do you people think of him. Is he any good?

He is one of the most under rated champions.

Wins lots of match ups mid, is useful all game, and his passive causes all your lanes to win for no reason.

That ult can change the course of a team fight rapidly, and his time bomb hurt so much. He basically gets a 1:1.8 AP ration on them. However he is so team dependent, so he's better for arrange teams.

Really powerfull.His two bomb for stun and his ult is cheatty and this E is usefull to pursu the ennemy champion or run away.
