I'm a Riven player, and the champs that I've found to shut me down so far are GP and Irelia. GP's Parrlay beat the cd on my shield, and it's damage quickly exceeded my shield since I max it second, and he maxed his first. Irelia always had fun turning the tables on me with her ultimate so the damage of mine didn't get the execution multiplier in serious skirmishes. I've hard-countered Rumble and Corki though.

Corki should beat riven, bad player =/= hard counter.

Rumble should be pretty even with Riven imo.

Warwick counters everyone in my experience, including Lee Sin. >:( Though Gangplank is a pain with his slow if you don't have movement speed quints.

Q once. Doesn't matter if your enemy unleashed their whole spellset on you just before you did that. You'll have won that trade, with magic pen marks and Sorc shoes.
