I didn't change your runes or masteries and I do more damage overall. 60 Mag pen without runes is pretty good. It's also much less expensive. Mine is an Auto attack build which takes advantage of graga's low cooldowns, high mobility, good base damage/utlity on skills, and high synergy with cooldown reduction. Your build build is an attempt to make a tanky AP gragas, but you threw in an Atmas so you could call it "hybrid". Also, MY build is more tanky without Drunken Rage.[/quote]
