4. If you notice that you take a lot of damage early in the laning phase I would recommend that you use flat, but imo the scaling are better, because they are better in mid and late game. (But who use magic resist on a mid Ap champ, unless galio?)

4) I assume you're playing Kog so... scaling MR. In general, scaling MR is better.

3. After you finished a game with your champion of preference, go to the graph screen.Check which type of damage was your main source of dps.Buy your runes accordingly.Magic pen for Ap or Armor pen for Ad.
