+1 for solid core, but please emphasize CDR more. Northern Winds has 5/6 up time at 40%, and your maneuverability goes through the roof at 40% CDR and rank 5 dash.

Sejuani is a great laner (or im good laning whit she tough), and your guide is a good alternative for Sejuani.

OK, first off I love your basic item build, and I usually finish all of the standard tank items that build off of them ( Warmog's Armor, Force of Nature, Shurelya's Battlesong, and randuin's oemn). Against balanced teams I have found finishing it off with Guardian Angel makes me pretty much unkillable, though finishing with Sunfire Aegis is pretty fun too.

I have one item of contention with your secondary mastery tree: Sejuani likes both CDR and Spell Penetration, and has plenty of movement speed coming from her item build. I feel she is much better suited with Sorcery and Arcane Knowledge .

I don't see this as a viable tank guide with these items
