Her cooldowns are far too long for Sheen, I would think. You'll probably get two procs if you commit to an engage - charge for 1, then W straight away won't proc because it'll still be on CD, then hold your E for a couple of seconds and fire it for another sheen. It might give you the burst to have decent lane presence... but I'm not convinced it's a worthwhile pick. A Belt going into Frozen Mallet or Warmog's seems most likely to let you keep up your farm, and I don't think Sej is the kind of champ who can bully hard enough to do anything other than farm on top.
try health regen pendant and early philosopher.i wouldnt consider playing sejuani as a dmge dealer in anyways.her ratios sucks and shes actually not thaaaat tanky.go shurealias,frozen heart for max cooldown,sunfires and banshes.you dont need wriggles for farm.

You have no damage innately and sheen won't help that much.
If you get it as a mid game item once you have some tank stuff, it's far, far better.

TBH Sejuani strikes me as a "Let's get 40% CDR and lots of team buffing utility and tankiness" type of champion.
I'd say full utility tank would be my recommendation but what do I know, I never played her yet :P

I'm currently going solo top with Sejuani (which isn't working that great because of people like Jax), and I haven't tried Sheen yet.
What are your feedbacks on:
- Cloth + 5 hp
- Boots
- Wriggles
- Then buying a Sheen
Let me know if it's viable.
