Decent Talon guide. There is enough information and everything is well explained. I have a few issues with the actual build though.

I don't think Regrowth Pendant into philosopher's stone is a good choice on Talon. While the mana and health regen you get from it is definitely useful, you get nothing out of it later on, it builds into nothing useful for Talon and you're delaying a lot of your early-mid game strength by getting it. Instead, be a little more careful with your mana and consider starting with either cloth armor or boots of speed and get a couple of Doran's Blades before The Brutalizer. I know you mention you don't like doran's sword but it really does do a lot to his early game dominance and will make you significantly stronger early game.
I don't think Youmuu's Ghostblade is a good item on Talon. He is a bursty assassin who gets all of his damage from his abilities, which is why you build Bloodthirster for all the AD it gives you. You can finish the Youmuu's Ghostblade as 6th item as The Brutalizer is a good early game pickup and you might as well finish it if you can (if there's nothing else you can build).
Add some alternative boots. I think Mercury's Treads and Ninja Tabi deserve a mention.
Havoc is a pretty bad mastery. I think you'll get more out of the lifesteal from Vampirism .
